Long famed for its oyster shell like minerality and its fine, acidity. We’ll taste through all levels of the region including an extremely rare aged Vincent Dauvissat Premier Cru and a young and vibrant François Raveneau. We will also taste the difference between Petit Chablis, AC Chablis and Grand Cru sites.
