We’ll taste sparkling wines from wines from the hallowed soils of the Champagne region, exploring the difference between Growers, Negociants, and Co-Operatives.

A fun and informative way to learn about the wines of Champagne.

We’ll pair six wines with some tasty cheeses, while learning about the differences the sub-regions of Champagne.
