Archive owner & WSET Educator, Graham Sutherland, has carefully curated a menu of wines from some of the most sought after producers in Burgundy and Champagne.

We will be pairing two Grand Cru Burgundies beside two “almost” Grand Cru wines, as well as a pair of Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Champagnes.

Perfectly paired with a three course menu from Archive’s head chef, Blade Turner, this is a wine dinner not to be missed!
