"The statement ‘Malakoff Vineyard, Pyrenees' provides a little more information. Hand-picked, destemmed, 27 days on skins, wild-fermented, matured for 15 months in a 2500l foudre. Very good colour for Nebbiolo; the tannin level is expectedly dry, but not lethally so. Good for nebbiolo nerds.”
